Scooter restorations - quality?

I'm not in UK and here if a vehicle is on a vintage/veteran plate the "MOT" is every 6 years and no taxes etc.

The land of cheese, chocolates and private banks.. Switzerland. I am in the german part so bureaucracy is rife.
I've used them a lot over the years, brilliant company to deal with quality + service.
