Want to add tachometer to my P200e...

Anything related to Vespas... ask tech questions, post helpful info, or just read and learn.

The tachometer will be in addition to the speedometer because I like tachs...

Here is what I bought off eBay (Chinese made US $9 delivered):

And what I think is the correct schematic for my Vespa:

So my question is... where should I connect the three short wires? Especially the one to detect the spark pulse?

Apparently enough was lost in the translation of the schematic that my question could not be answered. Trying the schematic again...

Or people don't know.. why don't you get a tacho that has a pick up from the HT lead?

And mine, the only problem with it is it doesn't have a backlight so is rubbish in the dark.

PM tuning do one that is backlit, http://www.pmtuning.co.uk/pmdm002 although it's a wee bit more pricey.
