Badge fastners legshields

Years ago I purchased from a local shop long gone, some round washer like Star fastners, small enough to fit Lambretta legshield chrome badges. The smallest ones I have managed to get are ok for side panel badges and flashes, but too big for legshields. Can anyone help to where I can buy these really small size ? Thanks

I looked at this before and the common theme on many forums is not available. Buy the tool for about £7 and get a mate to hold the other side... I found a sandbag works very well.
