TS1 225 Kits - advice please

I'm building a TS1 series 2 (big budget money drain) at the minute but in the background I'm hoarding any parts I see going cheap to build a bitsa li150 s3 with second hand bearings etc.

It'll be interesting to see which one I actually prefer, and which is the more reliable!

I need a lince rolling chassis, later the better. I have a great, technically brilliant, psychic technique to make any scooter feel like it's running better, send me €2k and I'll fill you in.
