Recommended gp chain tensioner

i use the lth in one engine and the GT in another both good no problems with them at all

I use the GT tensioner in one. Never had a problem with it. It's been in for 4K km. have a neat MB in the other bike. Also top quality.

Why is the bottom run of your chain bent upwards ? By the way I use a GT chain tensioner,its one of the earlier ones and they have been reputed to have week fasteners (the ones that slide up and down in the bracket )and they snap if tightened too much,luckily mine haven't.

I had just pulled the chain up to check slak and tightness. Was still setting up when I took this picture.
Rich T sent me replacement fasteners as soon as I asked him. I advice anyone to do the same.
With that said, my old fasteners still look and work great. I just changed for piece of mind!

I have used the Sticazzi one from Readspeed, a litle bit more expensive but well engineered, very strong and incorporates the bottom guide as well.

Could find nothing on the reedspeed site ended up going with the casa performance one from Jb tuning very helpful fella on the fone
