What size thread are the mirror fixings on a GT200 and are either left hand threads?

8mm standard right hand thread

No, I don't even have a GT. Was talking to a mate that has and he fitted some nice trick mirrors that he can only see his own arms in. I mentioned about some extensions I have but didn't know if they'd fit, and hey, they are 8mm so should fit. Cheers Steve
