packer under ts1 reed block

Anyone runnin one on a standard ts1 reed block ?

Yes, I have but it didn't make any noticeable difference on the road. I did leave it in there but it can only be fitted if you have enough clearance from manifold to frame, which is largely down to manifold type and length of rear shock (shorter the better for clearance). So, all in all, not sure whether it is worth the bother.

Another thing to remember is that the boost port does not only (potentially) serve as a port for transfer flow into the chamber (reason why most would look to fit a reed spacer) but it is also there to create a vacuum pull to open the reeds and it'll serve this purpose whether you fit a packer or not... so don't think that your boost is not serving a very important function, even if not flowing as an additional transfer when obstructed by the reed position.
