Of course DVLA will accept a Dating Certificate for a SIL scooter, I have had literally hundreds accepted. I did a Serveta last month and the application was sent back as it wasn't insured!Suede Ed wrote:Nova, do it online, no certificate required. Rang the DVLA and they were adamant that insurance was required.
