hi thinking off getting rb250 what is the avanti head going to give the kit that the normal compression head wont is it better cooling and whats the best crank people are using thinking rich taylor 60/110

Great holty let us no I've got a casing at Oiltek getting turned into a200 end of November before I get it back so plenty time to consider options

you will also have to have the neck where the spiggot fits into machined to fit the rb250, as the spiggot is bigger than a 200 barrel, you probably already know this, great kit by the way.

went to rayspeed today and had a look at the new rb heads, similar to the ron moss avanti head, but has some extra vanes thant go towards the barrel, and some vents next to the vanes, comes with a hole for a temp gauge and all exhausts will fit, ben told me that temperatures take a lot longer to rise than a standard head, and dont get so high, it also cools down much quicker than the standard head, will not fit onto an avanti barrel as the extra vanes would get in the way.
