casa 185
Going to fit a casa 185 kit this weekend , got the gaskets through and there is no head gasket ......should I put some sealant on it? cheers

Dry build it first, check squish and fit gasket/packers as required....id then use Threebond on the head.

cheers thanks for that , gasket set came with 2 base gaskets.....a thin and thick one , so much for being a bolt on kit that's easy to fit lol

The gasket options usually just account for different deck heights of various Indian/Spanish/Italian casing differences....they know you'll need one or the other (or neither) so give you the choice.
Fit. Measure. Adjust. Seal. Done.
You can then post your associated ign timing and jetting advice questions.....

ha ha hopefully i'll be okay jetting wise as I got a complete running top end off someone and i'm using the same type of exhaust.........famous last words lol
