I have always lived in york, and had scooters since i was 15.
I am not sure if i ever met Ricspeed... He once offered on here to change me some engine mounts on a lambretta engine.
I was unable to take him up on the kind offer as i had to shelve the project due to a divorce.
I read a lot of old threads on here and it i kind of weird but really nice to see him pop up with a post.
It kind of feels as if he is still here watching on over the forum.

Bought a fuel tank from him once and collected it from his house and the Black Pearl was kept in his hallway. Wish I could get away with putting mine inside over winter

Closed the old 'what's going on in the Scooterotica garage' section, so moved a few posts from there to the relevant sections. Deleted the rest.
