I've yet to understand the dark-art of digital subscriptions. It seems to come out after paper subscriptions, but before newsstand sales. I've asked if it can be released at the same time as paper subscriptions, but it's a bit like writing a letter to Santa...I'm not sure where the dept who handles it is located, what they look like, or if they really even exist...
