just replaced all fork internals tv 175 3 , but still got same problem wheel moves over to side when spindle nuts done up, anybody else had this problem.I am thinking links might be the fault ?

You put the buffers in wrong, strip and re-do. Simple as that.

Thick uns at the top and thin uns at the bottom.
Just been pulling my hair out with the same problem. Had the forks stripped half a dozen times checking this and replacing that. Finally bit the bullet and bought some new links from scoot restos and that finally sorted it , wheel nice and central now. Looking at the old links the slot on one of them where spindle fits was alot was alot wider than the new ones , i may have added to this with the amount of times i levered on them with a ring spanner to fit and remove bump stops the number of times i did whilst buggering around with them.

Bolt or clamp your link flat

Then check what gap you have underneath were the bushes fit it
It should be 6mm as you can see in the second pic it's not (the packer is 6mm)

Use a claw hammer to pull it up

Or a G clamp to push it down until it's 6mm
