Quality of SSC stamped bodywork and headsets?

Anything related to Lambrettas... ask tech questions, post helpful info, or just read and learn.

Needing some Series 2/3 body parts and I've been offered SSC parts
anybody seen these in the flesh and are Saigon Scooter Centre
parts well made?

Any 1st hand knowledge would be great.

Hi, my series 2 side panels and legshield are from vietnam, wrapped in local news papers . Not sure if they were from ssc but fit was very good . Maybe all these panel are from one factory . John

I've had a couple of SSC headsets that have been better than the original ones.

I got two panels and a headset a few years ago from The Scooter Republic in Newport,South Wales.The fit was perfect.

I've always found the headsets and panels from both SSC or ScootRS to be fine.

Antony at Buzzsolomoto does some very good pressed series 2 Panels and stocks other good bodywork as well

Does that place in Hitchin, Lambretta Body Parts (??), still trade?
