Never mind, the NHS has another 350m a week!
Oh wait......surely that's not another lie?
I sincerely hope the predictions and hopeful assertions that the economy will quickly recover and the union will not split come true, I really do.
For those who think it's something worth celebrating I hope you have a good day as the hard work starts here that's for damn sure.
EU, in or out?
I'm delighted. Out of the EU. The Scots already threatening another independence referendum. Why there's even a glimmer of hope that Ireland could be re-unified.
England could at last get it's own Parliament and become a new Union with Wales.

actually I think I'm missing the bleedin' obvious regarding Scotland.
I understand that Wee Jimmy Krankie wants another Independence Referendum for Scotland, but is in favour of remaining in the EU?...........can someone explain her rationale with this??

That's because despite not wanting to be tied to England, the Scotts can at least could see the benefit of remaining in the EU.bristolmod wrote:actually I think I'm missing the bleedin' obvious regarding Scotland.

I hope your pension fund is well protected Chris

In all honesty, the general public should never have been trusted with voting on this issue, the issues are complex in economic, political and social terms. Make no mistake, the ramifications of what we have done will be with us for generations to come.
So Cameron is stepping down and I expect that means Boris will stand in a new General election.......it just gets better

Then it serves the b@5t@rds right for steamrollering in so many rules & regs that have blighted our lives without so much as a 'do you mind'?coaster wrote: In all honesty, the general public should never have been trusted with voting on this issue, the issues are complex in economic, political and social terms. Nobody asked if it was ok to create a superstate, use a flag, write a european anthem & elect a president.
F'k 'em, f'k 'em all, right up the jacksy with the rough end of a pineapple..
I feel like I've contributed to something momentous today & that patriotic feeling came right back.

I don't think any of that was anything to do with the general public A.J. - but it is them, the general public, that your pineapple is heading for.a.j wrote:Then it serves the b@5t@rds right for steamrollering in so many rules & regs that have blighted our lives without so much as a 'do you mind'?coaster wrote: In all honesty, the general public should never have been trusted with voting on this issue, the issues are complex in economic, political and social terms. At the moment the only momentous thing I can see is my pension fund going down the swanny and there aren't that many years left for it to recover.

Did you have to do that?
Yep my home is now at risk becouse my shares based endowment has just has 25% wiped of it
I rang my lender today and after 45 mins I got through only to be told that all remortgage enquiries have to go through a branch as there is an unprecedented demand on the call center
my pension which I was going to cash when im 55 has fallen back 5 years ( I was going to use some ofthis to pay any short fall in my endowment )
Ive just taken a second job in a werehouse to help fund my son through uni but will havetouse this money to pay my normal bills now
so cheers all you s**t c*nt5 who voted out

We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm
