Eden how did you find it when fully fitted as my panels on my s3 are really close to the tail can

sounds like a blowing exhaust eden not silencer noise but if you put the chap onto me i will sort it out for him either way ,the gianelli silencers are used throughout the bsso paddock and pass noise testing fine and are std fitment on the new casa protti pipes too ,wadding sometimes gets baked on its inner layer and needs replacing ,is often worse in cases of blown crank seals or rich jetting where oil contaminates the wool first then gets baked on
simon ,yes runs really close on the standard silencer as its a larger diameter ,ground clearance can be a problem too

Brand new exhaust and can. Before the rally in that video it had done maybe 2 other rally's but it was as loud from new.
However, the GT250 I built and ran in for a customer also had one of those cans with a fran race and it wasn't as loud as this one.

got a message to nigel and he is happy with it said it was no louder than any other he has had and was unaware others found it noisy? ive offered to replace or repack it for him but has declined the offer? he is happy with how it performs on his standard ts1 kit ,r u struggling to get ahead if its a bit noisy

Not struggling at all.

I've just spoke to Nige dirrect not via another person. And we know who that is dont we Darrel lol.

Nige just said to me that he said to your mate that it is loud and that it's not just me who has moaned about it to him. He also told your mate to go to his and listen to how loud it is for him self.
He is happy with it's performance as I had already stated.

Darrel I think you should get your facts straight before posting bull s**t publicly on the Internet rather than listening to what your mate tells you second hand.
I've told you many times before that he's full of s**t but you don't listen lol

;)

I've just sent your Nigel's number so you can ask him yourself ;)

spoke with nigel direct now, he has not been in touch as was happy with it enough not to do so.he said others had complained was loud so im sending a replacement out to him as he has no time between rallys to repack the silencer ,,so to sum up nigel was happy with it, you and a few others wasnt ,you stated nigels was loud but one on another scooter wasnt so we can establish from your own statements and my own experiences/bsso decibel testing its isolated ,the early comments and video are not portraying this that you are posting publicly on the internet so was trying to add some balance to your statement/video as this post was "tsr feedback " that you felt the need to add to relating to a non tsr product.
its not a factual topic as no official noise testing with decibel meters has been carried out by yourself or friends so its individual views or speculation at the moment,i apologise if the info i was passed, then quoted was incorrect or misinterpreted

Glad we have sorted that out then :)

As you have said above, I did say that the can on the scooter that I rode for over 1000 miles wasn't as loud as Nigel's but I also stated that this was on a fran race not on a TSR pipe which is how it was relevant to this topic.

;)

To clarify, I wasn't having a pop at anyone or any product, I was sharing my experiences, which are factual ;).

Seems like Darrel misinterpreted my comments as usual but it doesn't supprised me due to some of the people who have his ear to whisper into :(.

PS if you read what I said on the first page of this topic 8 days ago you will see that I said Nigel was happy with it ;)

and I did say yesterday that the same type of can on another exhaust wasn't as loud as Nigel's

Just to add I did away with the tsr fixing kit and bought a bracket jl three point from chiggy and a pm tuning strap with rubber insert this using the rubber cotton wheel adaptor has pushed it away from the side panels giving better clearance
