hi,
yesterday I went to pick up another Lambretta Li150 series2. fully working order, booklet and a '62 roadmap were included! 8-)
just came out of the shed like this, took it for a ride this afternoon!

apart from the 2 shinny bits its perfect :bouncyeng:
anyone can buy a dremel, but does that make them a scooter tuner

Superb scoot and even better you're retaining it's originality as Ferdinando intended..it's only original once (quick whilst I run and hide with my anorak before get the flack... :o ) love it bro!!

The VW crowd use Ankor wax, there may be alternatives to it but I can't remember.

Nice BTW, always good when they get preserved rather than ruined. Oh, got something from the daughters boyfriend the other day that neautralises rust apparently, can't remember what it's called but I'll look in the garage later.

Halfords do a Waxoil product which I'm told prevents further oxidisation...as said the guys and girls use this for the VW rat (rusty) look...bit of T-Cut, polish and TLC and she'll be great...lucky sod!! :D
