Thanks for that I'll have a look , but I'll be getting the rest of the scoots an agreed value with them soon as.......and fitted with tubeless rims as it was a front wheel blow out that caused the bloody accident in the first place!

Eeww, front wheel blow out, that wouldn't have been pleasant, bonus that you are ok? As a matter of interest, what tires were fitted, at what pressure and did you have any load on the front (rack)?
broke 6 ribs and fractured shoulder socket and shoulder blade.....but thankfully nothing coming the other way or I might not be here!!
running S83 tyres and Michelin tubes , no front rack and pressures as per manual for solo riding ......been using tubes for 25 years with no issues but once bitten twice shy as they say so tubeless from now on

When I had a car accident years ago, I was smart enough to go to a solicitor for half an hour's free advice. He told me how much the damage and my injuries were worth, and told me to turn down the first two offers from the insurance company, and after the third it won't go up by much. The first offer was £250, he told me I should expect £1000, which is what they offered on the 2nd offer.
They're just trying it on. Someone once told me that you don't have to accept cash, and you can ask them to supply you with a scooter in the same condition and value as yours. I don't know if that's true or just someone's imagination.
