Ps won't start

You didn't reply to the question about the plug getting wet, as already said, that piece of information will be a huge help in establishing where the problem is. Also, keep the throttle closed when you kick it over, many people wring the throttle which won't help especially with a cold engine.

plug was wet sorry for missing that, i quized myself where the tank had come from and decided it had been in shed ab out 2 years so drained the fuel off and put fresh in cut pipe by 2 inches blast of easy start and first kick yippee thanks for all input guys just indicators to sort then for sale it goes
