AF only show Indian ones on website.
Italian ones are still not easy to source.
However in the global market are the CLW actually Italian - difficult to genuinely know........

you have to scroll down a bit...
http://www.afrayspeed.co.uk/index.php?p ... tributeID=
either way they look different (that is the clw ones) than an indian one and thats good enough for me
surely they must read higher. whoever bought some further up this thread, if you can, why not do a reading for us to see if they read higher than a k2?

Ollie ive added you to a FB group "Lambretta Tuning" if you look 7 or 8 posts down re testing pulse coils/ pick ups . Anthony Tambs is the guy to speak to . Hes just rebuilt a stator for me , new pick up, lt coil , re cabled , and all re soldered . and converted to DC ....... I could do it myself , and have in the past ....but tbh it wasnt worth the effort

When i was young my Mom said "if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing at all " ..................... and people wonder why I'm quiet around them !

thanks for that russ, get why you added me now, feels like im part of the cool table
i did have a read of that. the most interesting part was the realization that good alignment, like, really good proper alignment is the most important thing. and darrell taylors comment on how to measure alignment on the bench before fitting was an eye opener. ive always wondered how you go about it.
I quote:
,,If you also do this on the bench and get alignment you can take a depth measurement on the flywheel to the top of pick up ,use the timing mark as a repeatable location for the measurement and saves on the visibility problem
if you tippex the side of the pickup and tippex the triggers on flywheel, you can then set the correct depth on the bench where both line up, then see how close you are once bolted together.
I swear my mind has been blown. Although reading back that sounds incredibly sad.
but seriously, very simple but genius technique.
