Ram air filter

Evening all,
I want to clean my air filter and was thinking of soaking it in warm soapy water. Does anyone use anything else that may be better?

Don't wash it in hot water.....! I did on a breath sweet after reccomendations on here.....it unraveled..... :roll:

Cheers fellas, washed in petrol, rinsed out in warm water and dried with the wife's hair dryer and finally sprayed with oil filter oil. Jobs a goodun
