Best remade front mudguard?

Agreed, you can do a passable job with rattle cans if you spend a little time on the prep and use a decent filler primer.

Lambretta Paints 1k sprays quite nicely

Thanks again chaps, maybe I'll give it a go after all. I guess I'll need to wait until the weather warms up, a bit chilly in the garage for painting I think.

If you're not bothered about a showroom finish just warm the mudguard through with a heatgun or a hairdryer for a few minutes before the first coat.
