This post has been interesting from the start, I have always favoured the cast barrel, and although I have a Rapido set up was toying with which set up to choose next, thanks for all the info on here so far as its certainly helped me in deciding which one to go for

bare back as always

Its just a 30mm PHBH unfiltered. It would produce more power with a bigger carb but for touring the PHBH makes it more economical and its got more than enough power anyway.
If it was for Sprinting or just short trips close to home I would make it more peaky but for its intended purpose, mile munching, its great

Been thinking of trying a super tourer on mine.
Anybody running one? 30mm phbh

Eden, I understand you're running a Franspeed Race, true? I recently bought a GT200 kit and Delly 30 PHBH from Richard and he recommends that pipe as well. Just making sure before I drop a bunch of clams. Currently running a JL3 on my Rapido225.
ye I ride with someone who has the standard GT200 with fran race and it works well

ive changed the head slightly on my GT250 and took it out for the first time with the change today.
lowered the port timings slightly
