Somebody I know wants me to build his engine.
He has a T5 Pinasco barrel bored out for a Malossi piston.
Anybody have any experience with this set up?
What can he expect from the Pinasco barrel?
Life shouldn't be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming: "WOW, WHAT A RIDE"

Can't speak for the conversion but back in the 80's the Pinasco would've been my barrel of choice with power more similar to the Polini than the Malossi, a fairly grunty kit considering the short stroke motor. Wasn't as outright fast as the Malossi or a MRB 170 but those were a lot of money.
