Got a newish PX engine in a project I'm working on. It gets started every now and then but nothing much recently and has developed an oil leak. I noticed some oil by the back wheel and the could see it had been coming down the casing. I originally though it was coming from the carb box where the adjuster screw comes out and was fuel. After cleaning and checking properly it is definietly coming from one of the casing bolts as shown in the picture. You can't really see the oil but it's clean oil with no fuel smell just very gradually leaking. Any ideas??

Thats not good, my only explanation would be a hairline crack. If you can get it started let it sit on idle and watch that area, as the engine oil heats up it should started to seep out, it may take a few minutes. But lets hope for the best.

Have you got a gasket in between the casings? It's hard to see in the picture if there is or not.
Could be bust around the stud inside the D bolt and leaking past it?
