Finished running this motor in the other weekend, I had done about 270 miles on it but finding it difficult to think of places to go to do the miles so decided to ride it to Woolacombe on the Saturday morning to the national, 220 miles, then after having a p155 and a cup of tea straight from there to Cadwell, another 310 via the fossway. 530 miles in one day trouble free, except for a sore neck and arse. then 120 odd miles home late in the afternoon after watching the racing the next day.eden wrote:got the new 250 (246) out on the road today for its 1st few miles.
Big smile but ive put it back in the garage now as I need to be sensible while running it in.
I intend to do some mile crunching tomorrow around the lanes at low rpm and speeds to get some running in miles knocked off.![]()
