The original question was 'how do I get it (a Lambretta) registered?'
I provided the poster one route way for that, but if it's an unbiased opinion you would like everyone to reply with then Pete Davis (British Lambretta Archive) is another way of obtaining assistance with registering a Lambretta.

I too have No engine number, V5 says 'Not stated' (bought scoot like that).
