Indian 200cc Barrel Porting?

Sorry to revisit old territory but would anyone like to recommend a company (preferably local) who can make porting changes to my Indian GP200 barrel. I'm looking for(hopefully) a little extra torque at all revs, a bit more smoothness from the engine. I believe that a nice tidying up of the ports would be all that's necessary but apart from smoothing out ports I am under the guidance of whoever decides to do the work. Engine is Indian GP200 gearbox and runs with 19/47 sprockets, clubman and 22mm Dellorto/26mm Jetex.Also aproximate costs.

Anyone??

Why try and make a silk purse from a pigs ear of a barrel? Much better to start with something that is at least part way decent! Also these barrels are very hard metal, and so take more time to cut. Waste of good scrap iron even to make them really!

Thanks for the wealth of info guys. I'll sift through it, ring round some of the suggested names and take it from there. Wasn't expecting such a huge response.
Some of you may already know that I've fitted a Casa 210 kit which is finally going really well. Needs to be tweaked a little on timing (currently on 18DBTDC) because of 'pinking, and all seems to be OK.
Just thought I'd have the indian barrel fine tuned in case of needing a replacement top end.

Needs to be tweaked a little on timing (currently on 18DBTDC) because of 'pinking, .

it´s not the best head design from Casa...double check your squish clearance, I would suggest 1.3 to 1.5 on these heads. They give good bottom end / midrange but tend to pinking if set too tight.

tend to find these sorts of names are a maternal surnames incorporated in the 1800's or early 1900's

example Isambard kingdom brunel, mothers maiden name kingdom

really useful when playing at being a genealogist

bit like the rise of the trendy double barrelled surname in the 90's

Hes probably done more cast iron barrels than most, as nearly all porting today is to linered or plated alloy barrels...

If he could be tempted to cast a few tungsten bits through the ports followed by some light polishing Im sure it would be worth it, transforming the pigs ear into a silk purse... Mr Webster is right they are very hard metal...
