New engine build TS1 questions....

Whilst I'm waiting for the new mag housing and all the other new engine parts I thought I would fit the Li ramp to my side casing. I'm fed up of not being able to set the kick start properly on my other engine (GP end plates) so I thought I'd give this a go, my Li engine's kickstart is perfect as it has the ramp. Hopefully this will make for easier setting and starting



This is the first time I have ever cut a new thread so was very happy it went without any problems......

Fits and nearly wokrs as it should! I am going to have to take it off and made a tiny adjustment with the Dremel as the piston pin catches on the ramp on it's return and this stops the kickstart going back to home, nothing major just a little file here and there will sort it

Yeah, I've just had a Google and looked at some,it's not sitting my right is it? I'll have a fiddle and see if I can get it to sit better......any tips most appreciated
