I have started my new engine build with the casings that I got off Scooterotica, made up with them tbh. I have managed to fit all bearings and studs. All is well, but, when I put the rear hub bearing oil seal in it restricts the bearing, I can only JUST spin the bearing round with my finger. Is this normal? Will it wear in when the engine is moving or have I done something wrong? P.s. I have just removed the seal that's why it's not seated properly :)

All studs loctited it, rear hub bearing fitted, drive side bearing fitted and cylinder studs fitted, not a great deal but little by little :D

On the bottom of the skirt, where I have marked in red marker pen, this tiny bit, just the very corners seem to foul the mag housing meaning the mag housing will not sit flush by about 1mm. Or if I put the mag housing on first, then the barrel, the barrel will not sit flush with the base gasket face. Am I ok to Dremel the corners ever so slightly so that they will not protrude?

Ah, it could well be, it's one I have had laying in the garage for ages, fitted so that I could loctited the studs in. Is there a big difference between a 150 and a 200 housing then? I thought they were the same?
