this is my scenario, Brake light works fine when I'm running around without my lights on. When I do put my lights on the brake light and rear light both stay on together. Speedo light works fine and my front light works fine. Everything was working fine up until yesterday morning. Earth to frame,Cdi and rectifier are new and nice and tight.

There could be a load of reasons for this

One is you may have mixed up the back brake light and Back light wiring, so the back light is running the 21w filament and the brake light is running the 5w filament.
The brake light looks like it's working fine with the lights off.
when you switch your lights on back light glows really bright, the brake light still works but you can't see it.
To check this take of the rear light lens and watch the filament s in the lamp operating.
If this is the case swap over the Pink and black wires.

If this isn't the case then is likely you have a short circuit/ crossed circuit and both circuits are being powered together.
this should show up as both filaments lighting at the same time when the brake circuit or lighting circuit is on.
It's time to start checking for crossed wires, touching connectors or bad earths in the back light unit.
try anothe lamp, there is a possibility that the lamps has an internal fault.

Thanks Meds for your knowledge. I changed the bulb as you said,Cleaned Up the bullet connectors, bulb holder and earth to the rear lights. All the wiring was in the correct order. I then reassembled the unit and thankfully everything is working as it should. When I first checked the rear light out everything looked fine so I discounted it as a problem but it shows that it's always better to double check.
