working on an old lamby engine today with a really rusted on flywheel nut ...no amount of wd40 or the use of the power bar could shift it despite numerous strenuous attempts ..
then i remembered that along with my order from wurth for more timeserts they had sent me a few other freebe products to try out ..one was an areosol named "rost off ice" ..so i thought i,d give it a go although i didnt really hold too much hope in it ..
so a couple of squirts later and leaving it for two minutes as per the instructions ..i tried again and it released so easily that i was shocked !

Trying to free off the flywheel nut my mate's bsa and getting nowhere.

He said "why don't you try that freeze spray"? And pointed to an old dusty spray tin on one of my shelves. I said "waste of time mate, but I'll give it a go to shut you up".

60 seconds later the nuts off. Can't remember the make and can't be arsed to go into the garage to check, but i think they're all just liquid nitrogen .
