Just rebuilt an engine px 200 e iris new seals bearings–new top end (all standard) as the engine had done alot of miles and needed a bit of tlc - Its really boggy at the bottom end—fine on tick over and once past ¼ throttle its off –but you have to rev it at the traffic lights else it stalls. I’ve tried a new float needle and a new plug and there no difference . I’ve checked no petrol in the gearbox oil- Adjusting the mixture screw does nothing either- Jets are 118 BE3 – 160 and pilot 55/160 – any ideas  It did have 16 BE3 – 160 and pilot 50/160 in it when i got it- but it wouldn't tick over

Did you happen to replace the fuel line?
I had simulare symptoms on a friends P200 after I replaced his leaking fuel line with one 6" longer than the original.
Cut it back to the same length as the original and all was good.

what sort of slide do you have on it? A 04?
I guess you have an autolube PX200E so you don't need a 118 main jet but a 116.
