It's funny how many threads you see on several forums about s**t parts and if only more people spoke up, then when someone does???
Trump!
I genuinely have no idea what this means?

In (maybe English and not Irish?) school language it means 'Fart' as in 'Farting' on your thread. Also 'Trump' is a term used in card games such as twist and would you believe it 'Trumps'. Whereby the holder of a trump' card 'can win a hand by 'trumping' an otherwise ordinary escalation of card play and counter play comprende? The comment supports your position that the thread was 'hijacked' albeit in a jokial manner!

I was wondering how a post about not buying from a particular dealer went on for so long, I can see now.

I hope I haven't missed the point of this post, but has a resolution actually been found ie:- has this company rectified the problem with regards to the defective part or have they just ignored the original complaint? I agree this post has become a farce that started out as quite a helpful post. Surely as a forum we should all try and help each other avoid wasted our hard earned on substandard parts.

I agree the majority don't care but what I find annoying is people finding it necessary to comment when they have no interest, I'm new to this forum and thought as we all have a common interest (riding, restoring, abusing scooters) people would be more helpful/constructive to the original poster. As for who Willenhall Scooters are I have no idea I've probably used them as I can't resist an eBay bargain!

yes and no.

Basically they offered a quid off, to which I replied it's hardly a resolution given the rubbish parts and I was still left without what I originally wanted, they then refunded all, which would be fine but then they cancelled the transaction completely thus not allowing me to leave any feedback on the whole transaction completely, which again is a bit underhanded.
