What carb with Mugello 186
Running a mugello with a dellorto 25mm PBHL carb , always ok before but recently changed exhaust from indian big bore/ancellotti (snapping bracket due to exhaust port) changed now for a bgm big bore with correct swan neck but it is not revving out and feels like breaking down at higher revs. It may be stator problem or electrical but I am changing the carb first. The 25 mil ran on a 105 main jet which seems small but it ran ok. Thinking of putting on a 28 mil dellorto any suggestions to this , ballpark jetting?
Hi there
I'm running something similar a gt186 with a mb clubman I had a 25mm but always felt like it was hitting a wall at high revs I put a 30mm dellorto and it's a different bike I'm sure someone on here could put you straight with ballpark jetting

Good jetting guide here;

I'm running a PHBH 26 and Ancilotti on my Muggy 186 (with Ram air filter) and jetting is as per the guide but with a 45 pilot instead of 50
