Well, let's hope that your public thread prompts him to contact you and resolve this issue, which any decent businessman would want to do. Sure, he might not like the fact that you're posting it on a forum but anyone who is willing to sell their work should be willing to stand by the quality of product and service too. At times we need a little more responsibility taken by the dealers that take good money for what should be a good product.

Here's to hoping that the issue is resolved for you, rather than you having to resolve it yourself. The design looks good and I'd like to think that a bit of decent service could turn this negative post into a positive thread about a great product and great service..... which only the manufacturer can resolve.

Couple of posts on this thread suggest others might have had trouble fitting the Sbox

Ive heard of others who have had the same problem!

Im amazed marco hasn't responded, he had a good reputation I thought.

To pick up who ever made the comment about it being German so it must be good... Don't believe what VW and Audi adverts say, just because something is made in Germany doesn't mean its the dogs b@11@x, there are plenty of Lambretta related items coming out of Germany at the moment that aint up to much!

Still NOTHING from him.

Is this guy serious or is he a complete joke?
Does anyone know him?
Can anyone tell him to respond to my problem?
Is anyone FB 'friend' of him,can he ask him if he is aware of the problem?

I can tell you about Marco, as I have dealt with him quite a lot.

1) Exhaust designs are excellent in terms of power output - they do exactly what he says they will.

2) his pipes are not the cheapest, but are worth the money IMHO.

3) he does make mistakes, he sent a customer of mine THE worst fitting TS1 expansion chamber I have EVER seen. It also was blowing from a bracket joint/weld. Not good, and it took many emails and much patients from my customer for it to be resolved. (Pipe was returned and he re-designed a total new pipe).

4) He is a nightmare to contact, often doesn't respond to emails for weeks, if at all, and is generally a complete pain get hold of in ANY way or to get ANY response from. His customer service in that respect is appalling.

probaly been tacked up on the engine, then taken off to gain better access to be welded, which has resulted in it pulling, only way is to cut and reweld it preferably on the casing and cylinder it will be running on

Even with the sidecover off it doesn't fit,
definitely he lost it somewhere, trouble is that there are also many other people with the same problem,
so it is probably a bad jig,
when I first took mine,I couldn't fit the main box on the crankcase, the tailpipe bracket (welded) was more than half cm out.
So he never checked fitment on a real crankcase.

When you buy a 320 euros clubman that can't be simply fitted on the crankcase (fitting it on a cylinder is a faraway dream),the stub is not flat and ribbed (most likely to leak),
and the seller doesn't give a s**t,
is not a good thing in my book :)

Few hours ago,at my place,
my new doorstop in the middle,it is quite heavy,it is rated 12 at the Beaufort scale,
it can resist a hurricane force :)
