Its very tight in there for sure. You will have to try and move the mudguard bracket as your position on the fork is set. Having said that i suppose you havent had a chance to see exactly where you will atach the fork bracket? I know i ended up moving my bracketby about an inch before it felt right on my series 3

I've just done two,an Eibar and an Italian, both Ser 2's.I welded the bracket on the Eibar as it's going for paint and used the clamp on the Italian, set about 2" up from the boot but I used a modified caliper plate.
