I am on with rebuilding my eibar s2.
I have a 12v electronic stator and flywheel. I have bought an electronic wiring loom from AF Rayspeed.
Can I run the lights etc with a kill switch and handle bar switch or do I need to buy a new key operated switch? Will it fit into the s2 headset?
Who would you recommend for the switch?

quick answer, the choice is yours kill switch or ignition as long as you have the correct handlebar switch, ive used casa ignition switches , good fit and work fine :D

I have an Italian series 2 running on a 12v system.I fitted an ignition switch and run all the electrics from that ie. ignition, pilot light and headlght.I use the standard handlebar switch but converted it so that I can use just dip/main beam and horn.

if you are looking at decent ignition switches, the new ones from scootopia are excellent and cheaper than casa

Ok thanks guys.
I may yet still use the kill switch. I have been stripping and rebuilding the kill switch and light switch. Both have come up well, in a rusteration looking sort of way.

Next question
Can i use a 25mm dellorto with a series 2 airbox.
Do i need to drill holes in the airbox. If so how many?
