Greetings from New Zealand
Looking for some ideas for the best upgrades for a S1 lammy, apart from the engine internals. (yes it's my first Lambretta rebuild)

The engine is a SR190, GP crank with RD400 rod, Mikuni TM24, Clubman,

Possibilities so far are;

Electronic ignition ( Is standard SIL ok?)
Disc Brake
Tubeless Rims

Reliablity is probably the most important factor for me, followed by
torque.

Any items I should add to the list?

Thanks

From the amount of problems I've seen with Indian stators in the last few weeks- pick ups and LT coils If you can stretch to it- fit a bgm stator or at least replace the stock Indian lt coil and pickup for better- I know bgm sell LT coils not sure if they sell pick ups separately though- someone else may know?
If it aint broke.........tinker with it.....

Thanks for the suggestions

I will be ordering a BGM stator, and coil from MBD in the next few days.

Will have to save a few more pennies for the disc brake but hopefully will get there in the next few months.

Any other suggestions fellas?
What about dampeners?? Any suggestions apart from the BGM ones? (too pricey for me)

Thanks

I was thinking more of dampners for the front end.
I've already got an R1 for the back.

I guess I should start wearing big floppy shoes and a red nose cause the clown selling the R1 shock on trademe is me.......
