Not knocking any of the above you will get what you get but I struggle with a grand for a frame, when you know how much all the other bits needed to build a road going bike are going to cost. Even engine cases with every stud and fitting removed will cost an arm and a leg to purchase separately. At the end of the day finished it will end up a SX150 at say 4K tops. Yes I have seen the prices rise over the last few years I paid 700 quid for my LI direct from Italy they seem to start at around 1700 these days, my series 1 has doubled in price but people seem to be OK buying bits rather than the whole bike. Good Luck especially if you have had it years and paid a fiver for the whole bike back in the day.
SX150's less made than TV175 S3's.
