pulling my hair out ..t5

been having a few problems with it ..now ive put a new 26mm carb on and still av the problem it runs fine then just stops as if the ignition as been turned off or the petrol as been turned off please please help don't no weather its electrical or fuel :cry:

IMO sounds electrical
process of elimination...
1. new plug
2. HT-lead
3. CDI-Unit ( borrow one of a mates working bike )
4: Pick-up on stator

My guess fuel.......Sounds like the bowl is emptying and not filling fast enough. With it being 26mm have you put a fast flow tap on?

i had this on my t5, was the pick up on the stator plate. swapped that and solved the problem. hope its that easy for you

yes mick ive got a fast flow on it

have you checked out the readings from the stator ?

check your fuel pipe is the right length if its too long this will happen
