LML engine
Personally I'd go genuine Piaggio, never had any issue using those. Not with lardies at least.

Piaggio crank will not fit on a reed valve engine without modification. The Harry B is a good option. If you contact tass.co.uk he is the official parts supplier for LML in the UK and he will point you in the right direction and only sells genuine LML parts. Yes the crank on the stock engine is not very good but Im sure the replacement from Tasso is of better quality.Juan wrote:Personally I'd go genuine Piaggio, never had any issue using those. This argument goes on and on about LML and Piaggio, but in my opinion the LML is a very good engine and scooter. The fact its Reed Valve gives you loads of options in the future.

I wasnt aware of that! cheers. Its only gonna be a budget tune So either a DR177 kit or 5 port 150.Probably worth whipping the crank out nevertheless as i want it to be reliable as i can.Piaggio crank will not fit on a reed valve engine without modification.
