I collected this this morning. The plan is to turn it into a road going sprinter. I have a DAC engine that will go in eventually (when i have a spare 3K to finish it!) but in the mean time i will slap my JB tuning 36 bhp TS1 240 lump in it.

It has a fibre glass frame loop at the mo, but what i really need is a Frame Breather loop. Or maybe i could use a later series 1 or 2 one and cut the slots out by hand? Has anyone got a steel loop (pref' frame breather) or one that can be adapted to look like one? Has anyone adapted a later loop to look like a frame breather one, with any degree of success?

Any help and advice would be most welcome................
I don't want to keep up with modern traffic. I want to hoon past it, preferably on one wheel!

I think I can cut some slots in my fibre glass loop. If I could get a template from a real frame breather.............

As was pointed out by my good mate Sharkey: what's the point in shedding all that weight and then putting a steel loop back on?

I think I might keep the fibre glass loop and cut some slots in it, if I can get w template. Thanks Shamrock.
