Doubt there's any straight swop but Shaun will know better as I've never done it myself. Maybe it's a case of weld the proper stem to the donor fork.
Mudgaurd again I don't know, The Indian turning ones are most likely to work with little or no fettling but the Spanish Winter / Rallymaster would suit the lines better. Whether they would work without much reworking I don't know.
No reason why you couldn't use a static one although I'm hard pushed as to which might look right. S3 are all too angular to me and S1 & S2 would be too bulky. Might be a bit of a "suck it and see" scenario.

Juan, I agree on the Spanish turny muddys, but they are a bit rich for my liking, when I don't know if I will keep the forks in.
I also tried the S3 muddy, but it would mean cutting my rusty and holed horncast
I was hoping to find a cheap Indian GP one, but no ones seems to have a spare
Storkfoot, it is easy to do if you have a spare set of lammy forks (any series) and a spare set of smallie forks.
Then you need a good welder (I have a Trog).
The fork stem from the Smallie needs attaching to the fork legs from the Lammy with a spacer like this:

To keep the ride height correct.
You don't even notice any handling difference braking is better due to the larger drum, so no disc needed and Bart is running a 135 malossi, 25mm Delly and a down and forward Zirri with Vespatronic.
I saw a 'pukkapies' smallie with Lammy forks and that had an auto muddy on it, and I relly liked the look of that, but have no idea what auto, and I don't do facebook where it was posted for sale etc.

Can't see the forks for Jo Guest ...can you move them over a bit?

Mines got lammy forks with a disc brake and handles like a dream far better than my other smallie. If I could post a picture I would.
