Is a 30mm Dellorto too much for 195 RT Kit with Big Bore

On my old 185 I used 20mm,22mm,25mm,26mm and ended up with the 30. The 26mm was not bad at all once jetted but the 30 extracted the potential of the kit sng gave a good top end. Still good 2 up and I used a clubman pipe. Used less fuel with the smaller carbs but the difference in performance with the 30 was so noticeable that I kept it on. Depends on the spec of the kit though.
