Is a 30mm Dellorto too much for 195 RT Kit with Big Bore

I am installing a BGM 195 RT kit with a BGM big bore exhaust, an Italian LI 150 gearbox, 15/46 sprockets, a medium weight AF flywheel, and a 58mm stroke 107mm rod GP crank. Would a 30mm PHBH Dellorto breathing through a remote filter be too much for this setup? I want something with around town grunt but a decent touring spec too. Would it be worth going to a 28mm or even a 25mm PHBH? I have a 24 TM Mikuni and a genuine 28 PWK Keihin on the shelf but want to go with Dellorto. Any help and jetting advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I wouldn't dare argue with Adam... ....but I think I read somewhere that you wouldn't get any better performance out of a 30 but just use more petrol...I might be wrong..

I have a 28 Delly on my RT225..

I'm going the other way on my 255cc (64x71) I'm going back to a 24mm TM Mikuni
TS1 and PX stay in the garage (future barn finds) out on the GTS 300 when I go out on a scooter.
I know I’ll get there and back

Apparently, if you use a carb smaller than a 30mil on anything, you start lactating.

Flatslides schmatslides. A chrome slide in an Amal or you might as well wear dresses and drink fruit based drinks through a straw ;)
