I am now suffering this fault again on another scoot and all the usual checks seem to be good.
New loom, lights, switches etc, tell tale flashes (SIP speedo), swapped flasher for a known good one and still the same

Did the OP ever get to the bottom of their fault??

Would be nice to hear of the remedies for these posted problems.

Shaun.

That was supposed to limit the current drain and stop the headlights dimming? I did have a T5 but when the indicators developed a fault I changed the flasher unit and the new one definitely flashed front/rear at the same time and I hadn't noticed what the original one did before it failed :? The reason I mention it is if true, that might explain how front and rear could operate differently.
im so glad you have put this mate as that's what my headlight does when the indicators are on the headlight dips and flashes slightly ;)

Oh, thanks for the update, and shame you haven't got to the bottom of it yet,
Mine was error on my part, plugged the red wire on the flasher, turns out it should have been the red/white
Now all 4 flash as intended :D

Now, if only the tell tale would work properly :(
