Nice work Eden, always nice to read your thread!

Are you going the chamfer the edges on the inlet? After mine was tuned it has very sharp edges and I'm worried it will ware and tare piston and rings when wobbling between exhaust and inlet. I always chamfer the edges a bit but it might not be necessary in this case? I thought it was good practice?

Anyways I love the use of running the dial gauge thru the centre spark plug hole, I will copy that.

All the ports need a good chamfer on them, exhaust and transfers being most important. you can see the chamfer ive done on the exhaust port in one of the pics quite well.
chamfering is different to just rounding the edge of the port off!

It won't be that fast but it will pull a Caravan and has this new 2 speed gearbollox.
