I got my first ever Iwis chain from the TVR factory in Blackpool. 82 link they used them for timing chains. I'm thinking ... if it's good enough for TVR.

One way to check for chain wear is to hold it by one end in your fist with rollers perpendicular to the floor. A new chain will have a little drop, say 1cm or so, a worn one will sag by much more.
