Nothing at all is 100% waterproof for any length of time if its raining hard enough. getting wet through is all part of the scootering experience, at least you can get away with p1551ing your self to get a little warmth from time to time

This is what I use actually. The pants pack into a neat little pack, they're very light and totally waterproof. You can also wear them to play golf in!!!
